About me
My name is Ollie Williams and I am founder and operator of Covent Garden Personal Training. I first became a qualified Personal Trainer and Masseur back in early 2002 with Premier Training. I have always been involved with health and fitness from an early age representing school and club level in basketball, athletics and water polo. But my main love has always been swimming, representing club, district and county and competing in national championships on a few occasions.
As I grew older I started to run a lot more and decided to enter the London marathon in 2006 with a time of 3 hours 29 minutes. Since then I have combined my three main exercise loves, swimming, running and cycling for my next punishment, Triathlons! Along side my training for triathlons I teach spinning and Body Pump classes across central London and I am a qualified UK Athletics Running Coach Level 2.
I believe that a mixture of hard work, enjoyment and variety are key to achieving your goals. Together we can combine these 3 factors, and whether you lack the knowledge or the motivation I will help you to achieve your goals. My fun and friendly approach will bring out the best in anyone trying to reach their goals, whether you want to run a marathon or just want that perfect beach body.
