"I have been training with Ollie for approximately 2 years, since I returned to the gym after a period of absence. Initially signing up for only a few sessions, he re-motivated me by devising interesting and varied routines and I soon started to see results. His balance of professionalism and sense of fun impressed me – he has a very non-threatening approach – so decided to commit to personal training.

Over the last 12 months, he has been helping me to slim down and tone up for my wedding. He has supported my running, going out with me on several occasions, and has incorporated exercises into my gym workouts to focus on specific ‘problem areas’. I have been very pleased with the results – I asked for ‘arms like Jennifer Aniston’ and pretty much achieved them – with a lot of firm encouragement from Ollie when I moaned and groaned through press-ups and bench presses!

I would recommend personal training to anyone who is struggling to stick to working out, wants to make steady progress and have fun while exercising. Ollie has put me through my paces to get results but I have always enjoyed my sessions. I hope that I will be working out with Ollie for a long time to come – I just have to set myself my next exercise goal!"

"I have been working with Ollie since October 2005. I started personal training for two reasons; one that I was trying to recover from a knee injury incurred from running and secondly on account of general unhappiness about my body shape.

I was initially nervous about working so closely with someone about a subject matter so personal…my body! However, as soon as I met with Ollie he put me at ease with his friendly, easygoing and humorous manner. I was very relieved to find he was not a ‘drill sergeant’, barking orders at me and telling me off for eating my beloved chocolate. Instead, he listened to what my lifestyle was like, what I felt comfortable doing, where I would be happy to move outside of my comfort zone and what exercises were an absolute no go. It was a relief to deal with a human being instead of one of those robot like trainers you see strutting around the gyms.

It was, and still is hard work, but the rewards are totally worth it! I have so much more confidence about my body and have tangible results to see when I look in the mirror. Surprisingly though, the greatest sense of achievement has come from increasing my fitness level and realising I can do more on a sport/fitness front than I thought I could!"
